Queer Town’s 1:1 coaching with our founder and CEO, Archie (they/them), provides you with direct access to personalised support, grounded in lived experience, industry expertise and evidence-based frameworks.
Archie creates a safe, judgement-free space to unpack challenges and create practical action plans to guide you in taking the next steps with confidence.
This is a unique opportunity to have a dedicated and focused one-on-one chat with an LGBTIQA+ inclusion expert, educator and entrepreneur with a deep knowledge of HR processes, workplace policies, executive leadership pressures, workplace culture and institutional change.
Whether you’re managing a diverse team, responding to an incident, planning an event, navigating executive pressure, shaping workplace culture or kickstarting your own idea, Queer Town’s 1:1 coaching is designed to meet you exactly where you’re at and tailor the solutions you need to forge ahead.
HOW IT WORKS

Before our session, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to share your challenges, goals, and priorities. This gives us a clear picture of what you’d like to tackle before the session itself to ensure you and Archie can hit the ground running when you meet and make the most of your time together.
2. attend your
coaching session
Your 50-minute, confidential online call with Archie. They’ll guide you through a series of questions and discussion points designed to support you to get clear on your objectives and identify any barriers, before exploring best practice solutions together.
3. turn insights
into action
After your session(s) with Archie, you’ll receive a personalised action plan designed just for you with practical feedback, tips and recommended next steps so that you leave with a clear sense of direction.

Cost: $1275 ex. GST ($75 off!)

A monthly retainer gives you direct access to Archie for scoped hours—on call to workshop ideas, test strategies, and keep momentum moving.

All coaching sessions must be used within 12 weeks of your first session. Sessions are confirmed once payment is received. We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling/cancellation. Less than that is non-refundable. We’ll give you as much notice as possible if we need to reschedule. Coaching sessions are confidential and judgement-free, and we ask you bring the same spirit of trust and respect to the space.
