safe work starts with inclusion

Under Australian law, employers now have a positive duty to prevent harm, including discrimination, harassment, and exclusion based on gender, sexuality or identity.

Our Digital Short Course helps you meet key workplace obligations by:

✅ Addressing psychosocial hazards under WHS laws

✅ Supporting your positive duty under the Sex Discrimination Act

✅ Helping create a workplace free from discrimination and harassment

✅ Providing SCORM-compatible records to support audits and onboarding

This is about more than checkbox compliance. It’s real learning that makes real change, at scale.

“Your course is FANTASTIC!!! I absolutely loved it! You have done an incredible job. It is engaging, informative, relevant, and funny – I LOL’d a couple of times!!
