gender equality beyond the binary
LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY PROGRAM
Gender equality is no longer just a compliance requirement. It’s a core leadership responsibility.
This practical, interactive workshop helps leaders translate complex gender equality and positive duty obligations into confident, inclusive leadership practice in ways that strengthen decision-making, trust and workplace culture over time.
With a clear focus on LGBTIQA+ inclusion and gender equality beyond the gender binary, the program supports leaders to move from compliance to genuine, long-term action and value for your organisation.
Who it’s for:
Senior, middle and emerging people leaders
Executive teams and key influencers who shape culture, decisions and risk
Leaders will gain:
Clarity instead of overwhelm about what current gender equality and positive duty obligations mean for you and your workplace
Confidence instead of fear of “getting it wrong” through accessible language and real examples
Practical tools to lead gender equality beyond the binary and support LGBTIQA+ inclusion in your organisation
Stronger decision-making capability grounded in best-practice inclusive leadership principles
