why leaders choose us
meeting leaders WHERE THEY’RE AT
We acknowledge that gender equality can feel complex, political and high-stakes. This workshop creates space for honest conversation about uncertainty and discomfort while staying grounded in practical leadership action. No judgement. Just clarity and capability.
grounded in public sector reality
We work directly with your existing Gender Equality Action Plans (GEAPs), Gender Impact Assessments (GIAs), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies and Codes of Conduct to ensure relevance, alignment and practical application.
Designed for sustained impact
Delivered in a focused three-hour format, the workshop fits within busy leader diaries while still allowing for great depth. For organisations ready to go further, your session can be extended through targeted coaching, small-group work or integration into existing leadership programs.
“gender equality has always felt daunting, but Jill cut through that immediately.
She connected with our leaders, left judgement at the door, and translated legislation into clear, manageable steps.
It was practical, motivating, and genuinely shifted how I think about leading this work.”
